Employee Retention SaaS for a future where employee has more leverage than employer

This is brilliant! I'm a former dev and a PM/Founder now and think this approach is realistic for (good) tech debt work to be fed into the roadmap. Very insightful. I think you guys should be getting a lot more votes -- the one liner made me think it is a bug tracker.
