If you value your customers and supporting them, invest in Intercom. Now. Pros: Um, everything. I love it, our customers love it and they're worked awfully hard to listen to customer feedback and continually improve. Cons: I've been trying for 10 minutes and I can't think of a thing that I don't think they're already working on.
