Absolutely with the ability to add tags and notes in real-time it is great for real-time collab.
Does cross-device sync ever cause conflicts or data loss?
Sometimes there is an issue with csv exports, you have to be extremely specific if you are having the AI populate or alter a spreadsheet.
How do you manage tasks and recurring to-dos?
I use a GPT I created that manages my tasks for me. I have ADHD, this GPT keeps me focused in the flow.
