Japan Crate
I want to share my experience with Japan crate, i have been a subscriber for 6 months and started last October 2022 and now knowing that shipping will be delayed due to pandemic. When i didn't get my crate on time, i was upset and send multiple emails to their support. They immediately reply and give me information's the whereabout of my crates. I lost my April crate during this battle but they full refund my order including the shipping. I received the rest of the crates and I'm still renewing my subscription to them. I love how professional they handle all my complaints. Great work and great customer support.
