
What's great
I was impressed by how quickly I could get up and running. In just a few minutes, I uploaded an e-commerce inventory, configured goals and guardrails, and had a functional sales agent. During testing, the agent handled interactive conversations smoothly, including the full transaction flow and purchase process.
What needs improvement
While having the entire UX contained within a chat interface can feel a bit crowded at times, this is a significant step toward making AI agents more than just chatbots. It’s a truly interactive experience with massive potential.
vs Alternatives
Coming from a design background, I’m wary of 100% text-based tools; they often create unnecessary cognitive load by forcing users to type every single input. I was genuinely curious to see how this platform handled that challenge, and it’s an interesting look at how we can evolve chat into a more interactive experience.
