How the first day in 2025 will define your whole year?

In Slovakia, we have one saying related to the first day of the year: "Start as you mean to go on." What do you intend to do during the first day and stick to it for the rest of the 365 days? As for me, I would like to stick to these activities: active routine (exercising) reading non-fiction literature working on some projects where I learn to code  interviewing people (I already have a plan for guests, I need to "only" prepare work with new/more established sponsors and talk to interesting minds I can start today with the first steps. What about your first day that will determine your 2025?
