Very interesting project.The “micro-mentorship” angle is on point, a quick chat with the right person is enough to get unstuck. The public “Snapshots” idea sounds like it could build a really strong knowledge base over time too. I'll sign up for the waitlist. Looking forward to see how this grows.

I’d start with organic reach first. it’s slower but way more sustainable long term. I think this product would get more traction in relevant Reddit/Discord communities. Micro-influencers are also a good option, way cheaper and often more engaged than the big names. And if you can turn early user feedback into blog posts or case studies, that doubles as both content and social proof.

@sarrah_pitaliya Thank you for your feedback, you’re absolutely right, it's really about relationships, timing, and storytelling. What’s one thing you would do even earlier next time to build momentum before launch day? And do you apply this engagement strategy only on PH, or also on Reddit, X, Facebook ... ?

I’d say the most essential skill now is being able to test fast. Picking up a new tool or SaaS, launching a quick version, and seeing how the market reacts. Things move so quickly in 2025 that speed of validation often matters more than polishing for weeks.

Spending 7 year building and perfecting something nobody wanted to buy :/

This is interesting. I always have to go back looking for my screenshots and it is a bit frustrating. This could bring value specially if the interface is intuitive and easy to use.

Hey there, I believe that every case is unique, but here’s my perspective: 1. We applied once. 2. We were early and growing relatively fast and was irrationally ambitious. 3. If you get accepted into YC, it’s absolutely worth it. Even if you don’t secure a spot, the process itself exposes you to high-quality content from YC and helps you set clear milestones that can be applied to your startup.
