EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont even bother to reply to customer queries. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at HeyGen. Despite being a serious and reliable company that fully understands the consequences of misleading information, our videos repeatedly go into moderation mode without any clear reason. We've waited for hours without any response, which caused significant delays in launching our Google Ads campaign. We reached out to their customer service team multiple times, advising them to remove the blocks, especially since the video in question was a duplicate of one previously approved by HeyGen. However, we received no reply whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering we paid for the Team plan. The lack of communication and support from HeyGen has resulted in an awful customer service experience. We expected better from a service we invested in, and this has negatively impacted our business operations.
