I m a software engineer and product builder. And here is my story.

In 2022, I co-founded a design agency with a friend we launched it on Product Hunt as Seterx. That was my first real exposure to building and shipping publicly.

I started building Yomio because I kept abandoning budgeting apps.
Too much manual work, too little insight.
Categories weren t enough I wanted to understand what I actually buy.

This first release is very intentionally the foundation: item-level tracking from receipts, clean structure, and your own data as the source of truth.

What I m working towards next: price comparison for the same items across stores, smarter spending patterns, and personal insights built purely on your history not generic advice.
