not a bad idea, however you'll get your IP blocked very very fast, especially tring to use the SMTP handshaking. I would not risk running this on any of my infrastructure. And know this after being in email business for 15 years. However the product looks nice. Congrats for the launch! Upvoted! I'm also launching today this: https://www.producthunt.com/products/one-million-lines-of-code/

This is a preview of Calendar Analytics (another app planned for ActorDo)

Yearly Calendar RecapView insights for the entire year of your calendar.
Yearly Calendar Insights is a small app that connect to your calendar and generates a report based on your last year events.
It gives you the following information:
- total time spent in meetings
- people you've meet the most
- busiest days of the week
- busiest part of the day with meetings
- top online meetings tools used
- how long are your meetings.
Use it to find ways to spend less time in meetings.

My tool reached $300 MRR! Here's how I did it (no audience, no ads)

Get insights on your past year calendar. [2025]
We just launched something small inside Actor — a Yearly Calendar Insights view. It looks at all your calendar events (Google or Outlook) and turns a full year into a few clear stats: how much time you spent in meetings which days and hours were the busiest who you met with the most how long your meetings usually last No setup. No tagging. Just connect your calendar and get a clean overview of...

Working without analyzing what you do, and you don't know what to improve. That's why we've built Yearly Calendar Insights as part of ActorDo (work assistant). It's free to try. Would love to improve it based on your feedback.

I find this idea very useful. However need to see it in action. Currently working on ActorDo, and I'd integrate such dashboard into it.

that's great. The dashboard is a bit heavy, but I like it. The presentation video however is useless. Going to use some info to make ActorDo better.

Nothing works without marketing. But we're continuing to improve ActorDo. Today we've improved: - reminders (work as a layer on top of Google Todo or Microsoft Tasks) - include booking page url in drafts (can be calendly or cal.com or anything)
