I was a "fidgety skeptic" and balance has taken me from a person that could barely meditate for 5 minutes to someone that meditates for 30 or more minutes per day. Their longest program is 20 minutes which is plenty to settle my mind but I find that I go back for another 10 or more minutes in the evening. By far better than any other mindfulness app I've tried and I've tried many of them.
