I have seen Kerwin's work and travels closely and I must say he is probably the most traveled person i know and for him to come up with this idea was such a great testimony of his experience as a traveler and an influencer. Pros: Great place to know something that is not very famous/familiar. Cons: Not that I can think of.

Interesting idea. The peculiar use case of this product could be for long Trails / Thru Hikes / adventure parks where you would probably need help. (something I've seen happening at the PCT). Just trying to understand how will it apply for known places / cities.
