Please try copying the URL from the Directions section instead. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

This would be such a good alternative to Google routes as sometimes it can get confusing to route through native Google maps in certain situations
As a casual traveler who loves sharing journeys on social media, I’ve always wanted cool map animations but never had the time/skills for editing.
