I love about this app that the company understands BITCOIN ONLY. In the crypto space there are lots of scams, and therefore people need to be focused on bitcoin only. I am a customer and user, the developers are reachable and are open for feedback. Buying bitcoin was never easier, and it is almost free! Relai is pushing boundaries by integrating the Lightning Network. They implemented it even before Coinbase (the largest exchange in the US). Real pioneer work!

I've been using Relai for about 10 month now. Even though the kyc was verified. All of a sudden I was locked out of my account with certain amount of BTC on it and the only answer I got is they will work on it and takes more than a month!!!! Do yourselves a favor, STAY AWAY from these scammers. Update July 10th: Having received the shittiest possible customer service, I was told that after 45 days they will release the account. I emailed them after 45 days and they said it's 45 working days!!! After fulfilling the 45 working days, they still haven't released my account. Please do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM RELAI. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. If you transfer BTC to your account, they will just freeze it and revoke your access, without any explanation.

You can buy Bitcoin very easily and securely. The Bitcoin is sent directly to your own wallet and so you are immediately in your own custody. The app is easy to use and you can even buy €100 per month free of charge. The option to set up a DCA is the most practical and useful when saving in Bitcoin.

Reliable and easy to use. The team in Switzerland seems to be innovative but with the bigger focus on reliability. Everything worked fine for me. For newcomers unfortunately KYC seems to be a regulatory must. The app is well done and I hope that lightning will be the next successful step.

Very nice app, if not THE BEST app in Europe to buy Bitcoin. Very easy to use, nice interface, great team. Unlike any other exchange I've used, Relai provides it's users with a seedphrase: YOUR KEYS, YOUR COINS. No brainer if you wanna start buying Bitcoin
